This ternary property defines a constriction occuring on a tubular organ or organ part with an optional qualification of an absolute position.A constriction is a decreased value of the cross-section of the lumen of this entity.Formally a constriction is defined by a percentage of diminution applicable to the diameter of the lumen. This value is directly linked to the diminution of the cross-section: 30 % on the diameter results in 51 % on the cross-section. |
